Of course! We will connect all products and also any stairs up to the 4th floor are no problem. It is however important to know that the location can be reached properly and safe and that we don’t have to do any plumbing activities. The connections should be ready. A device should be able to be placed within 1,5 meters of a connecting point. Do you have any queries or do you hesitate whether this is the case, please contact us. You can always make a photo and send it to us via WhatsApp so we can have a look at it.

In general we can deliver within two working days. When you order before 10.00 am, we can often deliver the next day! Once we have received your order we will always contact you by phone to verify the details and plan a date for delivery. You don’t have to stay at home the whole day; you will receive a timeframe of three hours one day in advance. Would you like us to call you just before we arrive? No problem!

You can indicate this straight away when ordering, so we can calculate the space in the truck. It is however important the the old machine is clean and dry and easily accessible for the drivers.

Sure! We deliver up to the 4th floor. However, the stairs must be safe and easily accessible. Unsure if your situation meets these requirements? Just quickly send us a photo via WhatsApp, and we'll take a look with you. Floors higher than the 4th but with an elevator are, of course, not a problem.

That’s the advantage of renting with Splash Lease! The costs for repairs are for Splash! Even if the product needs to be replaced, we will take care of it, free of charge.

Please note that this service is applicable to defects and malfunctions that occur with regular usage of the device. In case defects are caused by bad maintenance or uncareful usage like coins, hair clips i.e. in a washing machine, we could charge some costs for repair.

You can cancel free of charge if you do this no later than 10:00 am on the working day before delivery will take place. The statutory right of withdrawal then applies, which means that you have the right to terminate the rental agreement without giving any reason up to 14 days after delivery. You can use the model form on the website for this or - we make it even easier for you - simply app, call or email us. In this case you will be responsible for the return costs, which amount to € 100,- for the first contract and € 50,- for each subsequent contract.
